Rep. Black has a game plan
SPRINGFIELD – State Rep. Bill Black, R-Danville, is the only local legislator headed to the Rose Bowl next week.
"I am really looking forward to this one," said Black, who traveled to see the University of Illinois team play in the 2002 Sugar Bowl and the 1984 Rose Bowl. "It was a little cheaper in '84, but I figure if we go once every 24 years, this could be my last opportunity."
