California Illini looking for sunny end to season

It's been 24 years since the orange-and-blue faithful filled the Rose Bowl, only to suffer a humiliating defeat by UCLA.

After two decades of waiting, University of Illinois alumni in Southern California are hungry for redemption on Jan. 1 – especially with all those fans from that other Southern California school around.
