Track remains out of service after derailment
MONTICELLO – The Norfolk Southern track in Monticello remained out of service this morning following a train derailment Thursday, a spokesman for the railroad said today.
Two locomotives and 28 of the 100 cars on the train derailed about 6:12 a.m. Thursday, Norfolk Southern spokesman Rudy Husband said.
