Illini faithful turning Southern California orange
LOS ANGELES – If not for the 70-degree weather in late December, one would swear he was walking down Green Street and not Santa Monica Boulevard.
Illinois fans have infiltrated the Los Angeles area, from Santa Monica to the Hollywood Hills. The designer threads have given way to orange as Illini fans are trying to take away any advantage the Southern California football team might have.
