Two brothers accused of stealing copper
TUSCOLA – Two brothers from Danville have been arrested on charges of theft and burglary, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's office.
The arrests of Shane G. Rice, 33, and James A. Rice, 35, were part of a five-month investigation into the theft of copper from Hydromet Environmental USA Inc. in Newman, according to the sheriff's office. Vermilion County sheriff's police cooperated in the investigation.
