Judge rules Urbana has no standing in case
URBANA – Champaign and two bus districts have 30 days to present pleadings as to which district represents a small part of southwest Champaign.
Judge Chase Leonard ruled Friday that Urbana has no standing in the conflict between former Champaign resident Scott Tapley with the Champaign Southwest Mass Transit District and their opponents, the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District.
