Proposed land-swap still on hold
ST. JOSEPH – The St. Joseph Village Board couldn't come up with enough trustees at a recent after-Christmas meeting to finalize a land swap with St. Joseph-Ogden High School.
The swap would allow the school to build classroom where a village alley once lay, in exchange for the school rebuilding that alley about 50 feet farther north.
