Judge rules against McGinty's petitions
URBANA – Champaign County Board incumbent Brendan McGinty was struck from the Feb. 5 primary ballot Thursday. However, his name already appears on absentee ballots – of which seven have been cast.
Champaign County Judge Thomas Difanis ruled against the District 9 Democrat's petitions Thursday.
