Urbana woman injured in crash on icy I-57 bridge
KANKAKEE – An Urbana woman was injured when her car went out of control on an icy bridge on Interstate 57 in Kankakee.
Katherine E. Grueneberg, 25, was driving north on I-57 when she took evasive action to avoid a Jeep spinning out of control in front of her on the Kankakee River Bridge at 9:52 a.m. Wednesday, according to Trooper Angela Kinstner of Illinois State Police at District 21, Ashkum.
