Tolono man arraigned on drug charges

URBANA – A Tolono man is accused of having drugs for sale.

Dustin Harden, 23, who listed an address in the 500 block of Easy Street, Tolono, was arraigned and pleaded innocent Monday in Champaign County Circuit Court to a Class X felony charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
