4 northwestern Centrue branches to be sold
OTTAWA – Centrue Bank has agreed to sell four of its smaller branches in northwestern Illinois in order to concentrate on higher-growth markets, its parent company said Monday.
The bank, which has branches in Champaign and Effingham, has most of its offices clustered in north-central Illinois and the St. Louis area. The sale would leave it with 29 locations.
