Cabby cool under pressure in bank robbery case
RANTOUL – When Virgil Richmond walked out of Credit Union 1 in Rantoul with a large amount of money clipped to his pants leg Wednesday morning, cab driver Stephen Perkins started getting scared.
"I didn't know if he'd hurt somebody in the bank or not," Perkins said.
