Danville group close to hiring an executive director
DANVILLE – Renaissance Danville Inc. officials are very close to hiring a new executive director to lead the nonprofit neighborhood redevelopment organization.
Thom Pollock, president of the Renaissance board, said interviews were conducted earlier this week with the top two candidates, and the position was offered to one of them. The board is waiting for an answer, Pollock said. Both finalists had strong credentials and experience, he said.
