Court stays order removing McGinty from ballot
URBANA – On-again, off-again county board candidate Brendan McGinty may be on the Feb. 5 primary ballot – again.
The Fourth District Appellate Court on Friday stayed Champaign County Judge Tom Difanis' order to remove the Urbana Democrat, an incumbent, from the ballot because his petition pages were misnumbered.
