Fisher man held on charge of shooting friend
FISHER – A 36-year-old Fisher man is in custody for first-degree murder after he allegedly shot his friend in the head following a late-night altercation Friday inside the man's residence.
Being held in the Champaign County satellite jail in east Urbana on Saturday was Randall Huffstutler, who neighbors said lived with his grandmother at 308 E. Division St., Fisher, the site of the crime.
