Man said to be pretending to be police officer
URBANA – Urbana police are investigating a report that someone pretending to be an officer pulled over a female motorist in Urbana.
Lt. Bryant Seraphin said a 20-year-old Fisher woman reported she was driving near Bradley and Coler avenues about 8 p.m. Wednesday when a white car with red and blue flashing lights pulled her over.
