New judge appointed in embattled county clerk's case
WATSEKA – Iroquois County Clerk Mark Henrichs is scheduled to appear in court again at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 15; –this time in front of a different judge.
On Thursday, the day after the longtime clerk was arraigned and pleaded innocent to eight felony charges, Chief Judge Clark Erickson set Henrichs' next court date and reassigned the case to Judge William O. Schmidt.
