Man accused in shooting headed back to court next week
URBANA – A Champaign man accused of shooting another man in December is due to return to court next week with a private attorney.
Judge Holly Clemons advised Robert D. Jackson Jr. that he is charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and two counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm for the Dec. 10 shooting.
