Applicants seek spot on area's radio waves
FITHIAN – East Central Illinois radio listeners may have a few more choices on the FM dial in the future.
Several groups have applied to the Federal Communications Commission for permission to launch new educational-based, reserved-channel FM radio stations in the area.
