In contested Ford County races, Kim Evans defeated Barbara King for the Republican circuit clerk spot; Dave Hastings and Tom McQuinn prevailed in county board district 1's Republican primary; and Randy Ferguson and Elynor Stagen took the Republican slots for the county board's district 3.
