Woman involved in head-on crash dies

SAVOY – A Tolono woman died Tuesday from injuries she received in a crash in Monday afternoon's fog.

Champaign County Sgt. Dan Coile said Holly Billman, 20, was in a car that was hit head-on by another car that was passing a semitrailer truck on the fog-shrouded Monticello Road about 3:30 p.m.
