541 lines without service; fix could take till Thursday
CHAMPAIGN – Several hundred Champaign telephone users have faced a loss in service since about Thursday, according to a repair specialist at AT&T.
The specialist, who was not allowed to provide his full name, said on Saturday that 541 lines in Champaign were down because of a "cable failure in the area."
