UI sends out letter to parents on Unofficial St. Pat's

University of Illinois Chancellor Richard Herman recently sent a letter to parents of UI students asking them to encourage their children to "act in their best interests and the best interests of the University of Illinois."

The letter also was signed by Urbana Mayor Laurel Prussing and Champaign Mayor Jerry Schweighart.
