Funding sought to cover annex repairs

DANVILLE – Vermilion County may have to borrow money to pay for a new roof and new facade at the Vermilion County Courthouse annex.

Vermilion County Board Chairman Jim McMahon said Tuesday he would rather borrow money on a short-term basis than burden taxpayers for a one-time fix on the annex, which houses several county offices.
