Village board approves revised mass transit agreement

SAVOY – The village board voted 5-1 to pass a revised agreement with Champaign-Urbana's mass transit board Wednesday.

The lone "no" vote was cast by Trustee Joan Dykstra, who has opposed the intergovernmental agreement from the start of negotiations a year and a half ago.
