Water rate plan draws fire
CHAMPAIGN – Larry Davis says it's "very unusual" for him to attend a Champaign County Chamber of Commerce informational forum.
But when he read that Illinois American Water Co. officials would be at Wednesday morning's chamber forum to talk about their proposed 60 percent water rate increase, Davis had to be there.
