Former Vermilion County employee wants job back
DANVILLE – A former Vermilion County employee who has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her former boss and against the county wants damages and her job as office manager of the Vermilion County Emergency Management Agency back.
Vermilion County Board Chairman Jim McMahon said the office manager's job no longer exists, but if the courts decide that Michele Spencer should have her job restored, he would work to find a comparable position within the county.
