It's your business: Baker cooks up world of treats

Rick Lau grew up in the bakery business and is returning to his roots with a new international bakery at 1405 S. Neil St., C, called La Panaderia.

Named for the Spanish word for bakery, La Panaderia specializes in sweet rolls, breads, cakes, pastries such as eclairs and cream puffs, apple turnovers and cookies.
