Champaign receives six proposals for building
CHAMPAIGN – The city has received six proposals for the purchase or lease of the former Lone Star Lodge building at 208 N. First St.
The deadline for submitting proposals was Monday, and Assistant City Planning Director Rob Kowalski said city officials were "very pleased" with the response.
