Judge OKs lawsuit against county officials
URBANA – Champaign County Judge Michael Jones couldn't have made it much clearer that he thinks Provena Covenant Medical Center should get a refund of its property taxes.
But it remains to be seen whether county officials will take the hint and make the refund without a court order. And will the hospital stand to collect interest on the money?
