Robbery could net man 14-year sentence

URBANA – A homeless man who admitted to police he needed money for a drug habit faces up to 14 years in prison when he is sentenced later this month.

A Champaign County jury Thursday convicted Jeffrey Cole, 28, of robbery and burglary for crimes that occurred on Oct. 12 at the Dallas & Co. Costumes & Magic store, 101 E. University Ave., C.
