Illinois Supreme Court arguments available on Web
SPRINGFIELD – Rita Garman grinned at the notion that something she might say or do in her work could end up on YouTube.
But with the Illinois Supreme Court one of the latest government entities to have part of its work available via the Internet, it's possible that the justice could find herself there.
