Sidewalks top list of Tuscola council's priorities
TUSCOLA – When it came to prioritizing Tuscola's long-term projects, new sidewalks seemed to come out on top.
Because of the many long-term projects Tuscola City Council members discussed at a Monday study session, tackling sidewalks seemed to find plenty of support.
