Philo board set to donate funds for concession stand

PHILO – Plans for a new park concession stand in Philo received some financial support Wednesday.

The village board voted to donate up to $24,500 for a permanent concession stand at the Hazen Park ball diamond on South Adams Street. The Philo Ball Park Association agreed to cover the rest of the anticipated $30,000 cost, including the cost of a multiflow septic system.
