Six UI faculty named University Scholars

Six Urbana campus faculty members were recognized as University Scholars. The University Scholars Program recognizes faculty who are nominated by their colleagues as among the best in their fields.

The program provides $10,000 to each scholar for each of three years to use to enhance his or her academic career.
