Arcola council moves to issue bonds
ARCOLA – The Arcola City Council plans to issue more than $2 million in revenue bonds to extend water and sewer lines and to build infrastructure for two developing projects in the city.
One ordinance authorizes up to $1.05 million to extend water and sewer lines, with $300,000 reserved for Prairie Meadows subdivision, and $750,000 for Green Mill Village, a lodge and business park.
