Champaign County seeking input on land policy
URBANA – Champaign County has no comprehensive land use plan, though it does have zoning ordinances. Barbara Wysocki thinks that's backwards.
Wysocki, an Urbana Democrat who heads the county board's land use committee, thinks specifics should be drawn from a more general framework, and citizens should have a hand in deciding what those general principles ought to be.
