Six Women of Distinction honorees chosen

CHAMPAIGN – Six area residents have been chosen to receive the 2008 Women of Distinction Awards from the Girl Scouts of Central Illinois.

The women – Julie Beyler of Mahomet, Barb Daly of Champaign, Penny Holycross of Westville, Traci Nally of Champaign, Lily Siu of Danville and Bonnie Specchio of Rantoul – will be recognized at a celebration dinner April 10 at the Hawthorn Suites in Champaign.
