Two injured in one-car crash near Rantoul

RANTOUL – Two men were injured in a one-car accident northeast of Rantoul on Sunday morning, the Champaign County sheriff's office reported.

Jeffrey A. Wickliffe, 27, of the 1900 block of Meadow Drive, Champaign, and Jacob Mendenhall, 27, of Terre Haute, Ind., were taken to Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, for treatment, Sgt. Dan Coile said today. Wickliffe was listed in good condition and Mendenhall was listed in fair condition, according to the hospital.
