Loda board to detail property guides
LODA – In an effort to create consistent enforcement of the village's nuisance ordinance, members of the Loda Village Board will meet Tuesday to discuss the guidelines all property owners must abide by.
"The board members want it to be more specified what they're looking for, as far as property cleanup," said President Carol Arseneau. "They want to set guidelines so it's fair for everybody ... You don't want to (penalize) one person for one thing, and then not do the same for another."
