Two charged in February kidnapping of Central student
URBANA – Two Chicago men have been arrested and charged in connection with a February kidnapping of a Central High School student.
Charged in Champaign County Circuit Court with aggravated kidnapping were Mario Medina, 23, and Juan Robles, 31. The two were charged in connection with a Feb. 11 incident involving a 17-year-old Central High School student.
