Company to unveil plans for turbines in Ford County
PAXTON – Fifty to 70 wind turbines are being considered for installation on farmland east of Paxton, and the developers of the project have scheduled a meeting for 7 p.m. today to get input from landowners in the area.
Stewardship Energy, an energy company based in Bureau County, has contacted property owners in the general vicinity where the wind farms would be installed, according to company President Matt Kauffman.
