Man faces 25 years in drug case
URBANA – A former Urbana man faces 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug charges.
Tony Rutherford, 32, who previously lived in the 1100 block of Lanore Drive, is due to be sentenced in federal court in Urbana on July 14. He pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of distribution of more than 50 grams of crack cocaine.
