Six Mahomet teens charged in I-74 overpass incidents
MAHOMET – Six Mahomet teenagers face criminal charges stemming from a series of incidents in which they allegedly dropped objects from overpasses on Interstate 74.
Assistant Piatt County State's Attorney Gary Webber said five 17-year-old males from Mahomet have been charged with Class 4 felony charges accusing them of knowingly damaging property.
