Judge declares man sexually dangerous

URBANA – A man with multiple convictions for sexually molesting children has been declared sexually dangerous by a Champaign County judge.

The finding by Judge Tom Difanis means that Victor Babcock, 39, will be locked up indefinitely in a state prison until he no longer suffers from the mental disorders that cause him to victimize children.
