Concerns cited in ending Philo sewer extension talks
VILLA GROVE – The Villa Grove City Council voted Monday night to discontinue discussions with Philo over extending sewer services to that community.
Andy Keiser, city engineer for Villa Grove, had provided Mayor Ron Hunt with some statistical data concerning the capacity of the current sewer system.
