Ludlow school worker accused of sex abuse
URBANA – A female Ludlow Middle School cafeteria worker is accused of sex abuse of a male teenager and of sending him text messages and lewd photos.
Deborah Kissell, 32, of Ludlow was arraigned and pleaded innocent Tuesday to charges of indecent solicitation of a child under 17 years old, a Class 3 felony and criminal sexual abuse of a child, a Class 2 felony.
