Man accused in abduction attempt

CHAMPAIGN – A Champaign man is accused of trying to abduct a teenage Champaign girl Tuesday.

Narciso Cruz-Pacheta, 20, who listed an address in the 1500 block of Kiler Drive, was arraigned Wednesday on a Class 3 felony charge of child abduction for attempting to lure a 15-year-old girl into a van.
