Volunteers gather for clean-up effort in honor of Austin Cloyd
CHAMPAIGN – It didn't start out as great weather for working outside, but Renee Cloyd knows all too well that having a little rain fall on you just isn't one of life's big deals.
"It's only water," she said with a smile that spoke volumes about how much this day meant to her, and how much it would have meant to her daughter.
