Teen with cerebral palsy will get to meet singer Alicia Keys
CHAMPAIGN – Sometimes wishes really do come true.
And if you don't believe that, you should have been there Sunday when Justin McDonald leaned forward in his wheelchair and read aloud the wish that's coming true for him.
It was written in yellow and blue icing on a cake: "Justin meets Alicia April 27."
